These terms govern your use of Elyon, provided by Elyon. By creating an account or starting a subscription, you agree to them.
What Elyon is — and isn't
Elyon is a companion for personal Bible study and prayer. Its devotionals, prayers and answers are generated with the help of AI and grounded in Scripture, but they can contain mistakes. Scripture is the authority, not the app — always read verses in context.
Elyon is not a substitute for your church, pastor, or for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. If you are in crisis or danger, contact local emergency services or a crisis line right away (in the US, call or text 988).
Plans and subscription
Elyon is offered as a weekly, monthly or yearly subscription. New members may receive a welcome discount on their first period, shown at checkout with its duration. After that period, the subscription renews automatically at the full price shown at checkout, every week, month or year, until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time from the subscription portal (linked on our Support page), at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next charge. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for, and you keep access until then.
Prices may change; we will tell you in advance, and changes apply from your next billing period.
30-day money-back guarantee and refunds
If Elyon doesn't make a difference for you, write to [email protected] within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. No questions asked.
If something went wrong with any other charge, write to us and we will make it right. Where local law gives you additional refund rights, those rights apply.
Your account and conduct
You are responsible for your account and for using Elyon lawfully and respectfully. Don't misuse the service, attempt to break it, or use it to harm others.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Content
What you write stays yours. You allow us to process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Elyon's design, brand and software belong to us. Bible texts are used from public-domain or licensed translations.
Liability
Elyon is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
